if i make my question private, do i still get great support?

jotform is an integral part to my business model.

if I post a question and mark it private, will i still get the same amazing support as it will not be public and jotform support is the forum?

is there a place that i can pay for premium support at all?

I am guilty of searching for a form 'inspiration' but unfortunately or fortunately :-) i could find any. i even used nerdydata to seach souce code of jotform/form/xxxx.

now i am getting close to my goal of the way it looks by simply scouring the forums, however if i could pay for a helper, i would for a premium.

maybe this may be new revenue source for you guys?

Yes sure. Making a thread private have no impact on the support response. Making it private just ensures that only you and support staff have access to that thread, any other users will not be able to view that thread.

We do not provide premium support currently. We always try to answer all support question in the same sequence as we receive them.
