when a form is filled out how can the entire form be emailed to a particular email address?

    Hello visionisle,

    Are you not receiving the complete form input data in your submission emails?

    Please be noted that when you add a new email alert in your form, it will normally send the complete form input data. But if you edit your email alert template, it becomes dirty and after that any changes you make in your form will not be reflected in the email template.

    The easiest way to solve this problem is to delete your existing email alert and add a new one. A new email alert will always have all the form fields added to the template. The following guide should help you:
