Using a form I've already created

    Hello,

I have an order form that I've already created that I would like to add to my website. I would like for the firm to function in a couple different ways. I would like the form to be opened in my website so that my customers can create A list of products for me to quote out. Also, if my customers already have A list of products they would like quoted it would be nice to have the ability for them to upload their product list to the form. Once they have all their Products inserted into the form it would then be sent to me so that I can provide them with an estimate which would include price of product, discounts, shipping, tax and the total amount. Once the quote has been confirmed and approved it can then be saved in their account to be reviewed or edited at a later time. I can also then take this form embedded in an e-mail that I can send to the customer reminding them that it's time to reorder their products. Where there would be a reorder button within the e-mail. Is this something that you can help me with this? I will attach the form that I would like to add to my website

    Hi,

I assume this is the form http://www.jotform.us/form/42546528960159 you are currently working on, which from what I can see is almost complete. You just need to add the actual images for each of the item.

Using a form Ive already created Image 1 Screenshot 40

You can add the Discount, Shipping, Tax using the purchase order configuration wizard.

Using a form Ive already created Image 2 Screenshot 51

By default there is always a Notification Email setup on the form.

Check this user guide also https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

After you have finalized your form, you can then embed in your website by following this user guide

    https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

Get the embed code and add it on your website page.

Using a form Ive already created Image 3 Screenshot 62

Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
Thank you for getting back to me, please see the attachment for the form
that I would like to use on my website. Is it possible to indent this
form within one of your forms for customers to access or do I have to
create A completely new form using your templates? I guess what I'm
asking is tonight upload one of my existing forms to your server that
done can be modified and edited and saved as a template?

    Hi,

I apologize for the confusion, it seems I misunderstood your question previously.

So, what I think you wanted to do is to use your own template/form by importing it to JotForm.

Unfortunately no. You will really have create the form from scratch or use an existing template form from the JotForm Template Gallery.

As I mentioned previously your form http://www.jotform.us/form/42546528960159 is almost complete. Do you think it will not work on your requirement? We can assist you complete the form if you think it still is lacking.

Please tell us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan,
Yes that would be great, I would appreciate any help you can offer. If
we can make it look and function similar to the attached form that would
be great. Billing address, shipping address, the ability to paste or
enter in product descriptions item number, price and calculate the total
would be so awesome. Again any assistance you can offer to help set this
up on my website Will be greatly appreciated and I would be willing to
pay you for your time and help

You mean this attachment: https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/answers/answer/rymann76/428037_Screenshot%202014-09-12%2014.19.42.png, right?

We'll work on this form, but can you please confirm if the pricing area is to be filled by the customer or automatic based on the entry for example, a product SKU or Code or Item Number? I guess, it's to be filled. Please let us know!

    Thank you!
