How to prevent fraud and protect password in the form?

I suppose you can see what we are trying to accomplish with this "password" field...  However, being Devil's advocate and only have some knowledge of HTML, I took a look at the source code for our form to see if the so called "passwords" were visible and THEY WERE!!!!

Do you have any suggestions on what we can do to prevent fraud and protect our form from someone figuring out this "password" and getting a pool pass without paying for it?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Hello Alissa,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to hide the password field form the form. Please be noted that it is a HTML based form and if someone checks the form's source code, the password you have used in the condition fields will be visible. There is no workaround available to hide these information form the form's source code.

Let me do few test if you can achieve a similar requirement by adding one more form for which the link will be added in the email alert template. The idea is to populate the user form data in a separate form which will be completed by your staff. I will get back to you if I find any working workaround for this.

    Thank you!

Thank you so much for your input.  We have actually thought about doing a separate form, so please don't waste your time on that.

If you come up with anything else, that would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks again,

    Hi Alissa,

Thank you for updating us about the form. Ashwin would tell you about his workaround.
