    Hi,

     

    I paid for premium membership and my account is labeled as a free account... HELP

    I was able to trace your premium bi-yearly subscription payment.

    I have taken care of your account issue and upgraded it manually. Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
