    The form WAS showing up.

    I made some changes, just in the width.

    Took the embed code (for iWeb) and placed it in the widget.

    If I open the page from the file, I can see the form.

    If I ftp the page and associated folder, NO FORM at all!!

    This is not good. I have a web designer and a client waiting for the form.

    what gives?? what am I doing wrong? Is there a limited amount of times I can make changes or stick into a widget?

    my screenshot would only show blank, so I am not providing it.

    Hi marlaz,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand your frustration, please allow us to help you by providing the URL of the page where you have embedded your form so that we can inspect from our end.

    Have you tried using other embed codes like Iframe? If you haven't yet, kindly try it also and let us know how it goes this time.

    We'll await your feedback. Our apologies for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.

    Please look at http://www.marlazeneskiphotography.com/Contact.html

    There should be a form under the picture.

    I read that using iFrame is not a good idea, so I am using the iWeb embed code

    Thanks.

    This form was working by the way, minutes before I went back into jotform to reduce the width of the form itself.

    thanks

    Hi marlaz,

    I inspected the source code of your website and tried to search for the JotForm embed code that you used. It is gone. I believe the <script> codes were stripped off by iWeb upon publishing your website and it affected your embed code so drastically that it eliminated it totally from the website code.

    May we ask why you single out the Iframe embed code as not an option? I believe iWeb accepts <iframe> tags. If iFrame is not acceptable for you, I guess you should write your form entirely on HTML to be on the safe side. The only downside to it is all CSS codes will be removed (though you can manually add it between the <head> </head> tags of your website code), and the hint message will not be shown any longer. Here is an example of a purely HTML form embed code:

    <form class="jotform-form" action="http://www.jotform.com/submit.php" method="post" name="form_12290458020" id="12290458020" accept-charset="utf-8">

      <input type="hidden" name="formID" value="12290458020" />

      <div class="form-all">

            <label class="form-label-top" id="label_15" for="input_15"> Your Name </label>

            <div id="cid_15" class="form-input-wide"><span class="form-sub-label-container"><input class="form-textbox" type="text" size="10" name="q15_yourName[first]" id="first_15" />

                <label class="form-sub-label" for="first_15" id="sublabel_first"> First Name </label></span><span class="form-sub-label-container"><input class="form-textbox" type="text" size="15" name="q15_yourName[last]" id="last_15" />

                <label class="form-sub-label" for="last_15" id="sublabel_last"> Last Name </label></span>

            </div>

            <label class="form-label-top" id="label_16" for="input_16"> E-mail </label>

            <div id="cid_16" class="form-input-wide">

              <input type="email" class="form-textbox validate[Email]" id="input_16" name="q16_yourEmail16" size="20" />

            </div>

            <label class="form-label-top" id="label_18" for="input_18"> Phone </label>

            <div id="cid_18" class="form-input-wide"><span class="form-sub-label-container"><input class="form-textbox" type="tel" name="q18_phoneNumber18[area]" id="input_18_area" size="3">

                -

                <label class="form-sub-label" for="input_18_area" id="sublabel_area"> Area Code </label></span><span class="form-sub-label-container"><input class="form-textbox" type="tel" name="q18_phoneNumber18[phone]" id="input_18_phone" size="8">

                <label class="form-sub-label" for="input_18_phone" id="sublabel_phone"> Phone Number </label></span>

            </div>

            <label class="form-label-top" id="label_17" for="input_17"> Information Request </label>

            <div id="cid_17" class="form-input-wide">

              <textarea id="input_17" class="form-textarea" name="q17_yourMessage" cols="60" rows="9"></textarea>

            </div>

            <div id="cid_14" class="form-input-wide">

              <div style="text-align:center" class="form-buttons-wrapper">

                <button id="input_14" type="submit" class="form-submit-button">

                  Submit

                </button>

              </div>

            </div>

      </div>

      <input type="hidden" id="simple_spc" name="simple_spc" value="12290458020" />

    </form>

    Please try to embed the whole code above and let us know if it will work this time or not.

    Hi Thank you.

    At one time the code in the snippet on the iWeb page was working fine. I had tested it out and everything.

    I did notice that the beginning of the code did look different. I think I will just make a new form and see how that goes.

    Thanks for your help.
