Automatically post ads in the pages of the various categories on the site

I would like to know if there is a manual that explains how you can use the form below and automatically post ads in the pages of the various categories on the site.

If there is no manual could you tell me the procedure that you can use?

Unfortunately, I don't think that is possible. But, can you please tell us what site? Like for example, maybe, a WordPress post/page?

Too bad, I would like to create a form of ads that you can self-publish. 

Using the Joomla! for my sites

Just to check are you looking to create a form that will display random ad based on some parameters? In the same time that you would be able to use this same form on different parts of your Joomla website without changing it manually?

If so I believe that this would be possible using JotForm, but might require you to set it up in a certain manner outside of JotForm.

Specifically, I would like to create a form that allows me to publish without approval by the admin, on my Joomla site !, ads in various categories. 

In addition that will allow me to display a carousel of recent ads.

I'm not sure if that's doable. How about embedding your form submissions report on your Joomla website? Simply create a submissions view template for your form using this app http://views.jotform.io/. Get the provided embed code and embed it to your website. Whenever you receive submissions, it will be automatically published/added on the embedded submissions view template.
