There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing.

I keep getting the message in my question heading when hitting the Submit button on a registration form I created.  After that message flashes, it continues to the Paypal Payment page and allows you to make a payment, but the form's data isn't recorded here on Jotform and I don't get the form Data emailed to me at my email address.  

How do I troubleshoot this to find and fix the error?  

I have several other forms that I have created that work fine.  I have deleted and reconstructed this particular form at least a half dozen times now and keep getting the same error message.

Thanks in advance for any insight or advice on fixing this.
