    Upgrade question

    Hi support,

    I would like to upgarde two year plan, but I see the "Recurring Payment Terms". It said "First charge : 6,638.52 HKD then 6,638.52 every year max charge : 82986.70 HKD".

    Why do I order the two years plan and need to charge every year?

    Hi sunflowertravel,

    Thank you for your interest in upgrading to a JotForm Professional account. The amount of HKD6,638.52 actually constitutes the 2-year subscription payment from September 2011 to August 2013. By September 2013, you will automatically be charged with another 2-year subscription plan amounting to HKD6,638.52. This amount will be automatically billed from you every two years unless you cancel your subscription.

    can I disable the automatically billed function?

    If I cancel my subscription, I still can enjoy the professional account? 

    e.g. I pay 2-year Professional Subscription and cancel the subscription immedately to disable the automatic billed function. After cancel the subscription, do I still can enjoy Professional service?

    Hi there,

    When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again however your
    account will still remain Professional until the period you paid for expires.
    You can still enjoy the Professional service since you already have paid
    for it.

    Well technically yes you can do that. But for convenience, we recommend that you leave it as it is so that you will not forget to resubscribe and continue to enjoy uninterrupted service.
