Approval flow: Re-Submitting Old Submissions

Hello,

I am curious if it is possible to go to a previous submission in this form. It has already been approved and stuff through the workflow.

Can I go back into an old submission that has already been approved, and edit the entry? Make some updates and changes, and then have it go back through the workflow for it to be emailed out on September 1st.

Thanks for patiently waiting. You can edit the old submission entry but it is not possible to change the Approval status. Once the entry go through the Approval, can't be updated or changed again. To get to the approval process again, a new entry will require. Let me walk you through how you can edit old entry:

• In the My Forms page, look for the desired form.
• Select or hover mouse on the desired form and click on the Edit option available next to it.
• Select the desired entry you would like to edit, click on the three dots available at the beginning of the entry and select Edit Entry option.
• Now edit the entry and submit the form. That's it.

I know how to go in an edit.

Just want to make sure. If I go in and edit an approved submission would it re-send the patient the email in the workflow.

If not, is there a way to quickly copy and paste the submitted data from an old submission that has already been approved to a new submission not yet approved.

The submission data can go back through the workflow after you edit it by enabling the option Restart Approval Flow On Submission Edit. Here's how to do it:

• In Approvals, in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• Under Restart Approval Flow On Submission Edit, click on Disable and select Enable.
