Firstly the Facebook box won;t load properly it looks like this -
Secondly, I am still able to send the form and I have selected to revieve all infor but I'm only getting limited info -

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I can confirm the existence of your first issue, thus, I have submitted a report ticket to notify our developers about it. We will let you know once this gets fixed.
The second issue you raised it not really caused by our Facebook integration feature. The information accessed by the application is limited by the user's privacy settings.
In the screenshot of a test submission below, for example, only the first name, last name and gender are available for access even if I have checked all information in the integration:
So basically, it is a case to case basis, and we have no control over which information the user wants to share.

Oh right, that's okay, I really think you should add in extra permissions to gather more than just the public information.

I am not quite sure if that's possible, since a Facebook user will always have the last say on which information he or she would like to share. I don't think privacy settings can be overriden, but of course, I can be wrong.
I will research about that and will let you know any information I gather. Should I get proven wrong, I will immediately have your suggestion forwarded to our developers' user requests list.
Thank you for your input.

This might happen if you do not enter the domain name correctly on the page where you create the facebook app ID. Make sure you have jotform.com there.

Well it works now, so thank you so much for the quick response. I had everything correct on the back end, so I have no idea what went wrong.
