I have a couple of forms that are the on line type and after the submit button is clicked you are redirected to the PayPal web site and this works fine. If I make another for just like the first one to be used on my cell phone is there a way when the submit button is clicked it will direct them to my cell phone PayPal card reader for payment so the card information doesnt have to be put in manually.

When you say "direct them to my cell phone PayPal card reader for payment", do you mean to say that it is a card reader app on your cell phone or it is actually a mobile card reader attachment.
I am not sure if it is possible to control after the form is submitted but please confirm your requirement and we will check and get back to you.
We will wait for your response.

I already have a charge for the item on my ( PayPal Here ) just wanting the person to be able to fill out the form from my phone then be directed to my phone app to pay with card reader by swiping it. Hope this explained it better.

This one: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/credit-card-reader. I don't think this is possible. A workaround would be to use our Purchase Order:
After you receive the order, the payment will be made using the Paypal Here device/app. Then you can edit the submission as paid. You can use to this method for adding status to your submission: https://www.jotform.com/help/194-How-to-Assign-a-Status-to-Submissions.
