Why am I being ased to enter a capcha image when entering my jotform page

'One more step Please complete the security check to access www.myjotform.com"

 

And then when I put in the code, it just loops again to do it over.

I managed to bypass this to get to my forms page, and when I want to preview a page, I get the same message, from cloudflare.

I need to see of the widget for the playcpcha is still working as I is definetely not on my webpages.
