Is there a way I can add conditional logic to show/hide certian fields after a certain time?

I am creating a multipage form with embedded videos.  Is there a way I can add conditional logic to only present the back/next buttons after a certain time period? (sufficient for the video to complete playing?)

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to achieve your requirement.

We do have "Timer" related widgets but upon my testing, we cannot add condition to read the timer value and trigger any show/hide condition.
