How can I increase my payment submissions for free?

Is there a way to increase payment submissions for free in the same way we can increase submission?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to increase the payment submission for free. The only option available is to upgrade your account which will increase your submission limits including payment and SSL submissions. It will also increase the upload space allocation as well.
