My forms with Facebook integration suddenly have stopped working.
Facebook login in the form keeps on trying to connect to Facebook. Nothing has changed in the app. The app still points correctley to the jotform domain?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You will need to double check your JotForm-FB app once again in. The settings should be similar to the one below, paying special attention to the Site URL and Site Domain:
It will also be a good idea to create a new FB app altogether as detailed in this tutorial:

When I run the integration wizard on the form builder again it connects nicely to Facebook and shows my friends who are also usng the app. However after saving the form it won't connect to Facebook. Keeps on trying to connect and shows only the Facebook logo. Funny thing is however that I can submit the form and Jotform returns the FB profile info, so the app itself seems working. There must be sommething wrong with the part in the code of the form that connects to FB and renders the current loggedin user and friend pictures on the form.

Thanks Fred, somehow the results are intermittent. But the form can still be submitted by clicking the button. I shall report this to our Tier 2 support to check what's happening. Thank you for your patience and we'll update you as soon as updates become available.

I'm having the same issue and then some more problems
I can submit the form but I'm only recieving lilited informtion and now what I have requested to recieve.

This issue has been included in our Tier 2 Support's Bug List. They should be looking into it pretty soon. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
For now, there are two workarounds that you can do:
a. You may try to remove the existing integration and re-integrate it again.
b. You can create another app and use the new App ID instead of the existing one.
We'll let you know as soon as updates become available.

Hello Fred. I'm not certain if this matter was resolved. I also checked the facebook developer page and it shows quite a different layout already. So if there is still need to resolve this, please do let us know.
