Can I use Jotform Approvals with a Company Email (Not G-Mail )?

I was trying to create a workflow approval so i was wondering if company emails are applicable in the workflow .

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can use the company email address as the Approval Email in your Jotform Approval Workflow. Let me show you how to set that up:

• In your Jotform Approval Workflow select the Approval Element
• Click on the Gear Icon to open the Properties section for the element
• In the Approval Email add the company email address
• Don't forget to disable the 'Required Login for Approver' if you don't need the approver to login in order to approve/deny the submission

The same steps and modifications can be added to the 'Approve&Sign Element' in the Jotform Approval Workflow. The difference between the 'Approval' and the 'Approve&Sign Element' is that the 'Approve&Sign Element' allows the submission to be approved and signed directly from the emails. It redirects the Approver to a different section and requires a signature.
