In addition, I wanted a copy of my emails sent through my website to also go to my other business email of: DLBlackburnMFT@juno.com. This is not happening either.

I can think of 2 options to do this 1st is creating another email alert and 2nd is to add the email address in your existing notification by using a comma.
When adding another email address make sure to add a comma to separate the emails. Please follow this guide on how to add more email recipients http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.
