My forms have gone.

    Hello charbrew,

    I did check your account and it seems that you do not have any form. I also checked your account history and it does not show that you have created or updated any JotForm.

    Did someone shared forms with you on which you were working? Do you remember any of your form ID or the web page where you have embedded your JotForm? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look.

    Upon checking the web page you have shared, I found that the embedded form is associated with a different account "Thorpeedo". 

    Do you have access to this account? If this is your form, you may ask Matthew Thorpe to send us a transfer request and we will transfer this form to your account.

    You can also clone this JotForm in your account. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL Please be noted that if you cone the form, it will create a new JotForm in your account. You will have to grab the embed code of this cloned form and use it in your web page.

    Please could you contact him for me his details are <matt@grasshopperuk.com> as we are no longer in contact and had to terminate the contract with him. we had upto 1000 contact which are all gone as well as several months worth of new sign ups. Thorpeedo was the form that was showing in this account which is now gone. We do not have access to this account.
