    Several of my forms that I have created that are live and being used are not showing up under "My Forms."

    I need to pull reports from each of these forms ASAP. Please advise what the issue could be - the forms seem to be working fine. Below are the links to each:

    Since there was no email entered while creating those forms, they are all still associated with a guest account.  If this is your main registered account, let us know and we will be happy to move your forms to the registered account.
