I want the submission to be submitted and the form to clear out so that I can enter a new entry instead of going back to the generic "Thank you page"

On the Thank You Page Wizard, select Custom URL and put the URL of your form. Once you click Submit, it should go back to the same form without displaying the default Thank You Page.

To be able to achieve your requirement, you should set up custom thank you URL in your JotForm to redirect to the same form.

You will have to grab your form's direct URL and use it in the "Custom URL" of thank you page set up. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
