Hello Customer Service Representative,
We use Jotform to process faculty and staff training workshop registrations at Wilmington University. I’d like to request 2 new features:
A form automatically closes registration after a certain number of submissions and the number of registration seats left is can be displayed. Currently, we have to keep track of the number of submissions coming in and close the form manually once a workshop filled up. Set up a form to automatically close at a specific date and time.
I've attached a screenshot of what the display the requests above. Despite these limitations, we have found Jotform really useful and our organization would benefit even more if this feature is implemented.

Thank you for the suggestion, I will forward this request to our developmnet
team and have them consider this to be added in the todo list.
However I would not be able to give a timeframe as to when this
will be completed since our developers are pretty much busy with enhancing
existing JotForm functionalities among other things.
We'll let everyone know if this is completed and have it announcend our Blog.
Thank you for using JotForm.

Has anything like this been added to JotForm? I agree that being able to close submissions at a certain time/date/number would be a very useful feature. Let me know! Thanks!

An option to limit a form by number of submissions and expiration date was implemented late last year. However, it had to be taken down due a number of critical issues that arose from the implementation.
We will reactivate that feature again once our developers are able to fix the problems completely.

Has this been fixed? For businesses this is a critical feature so that its one less thing for us to worry about. Other form builders have this.
Love your product

Until this is properly implemented, as far as the date aspect is concerned, we've recently devised a workaround. Please have a look at this thread.

You'll be pleased to know that we have re-implemented this much requested feature. (See How to Limit Submissions in a Form)
Thanks for your patience.

Thanks for the note on this!
Just tried it out and it didn't work though :(

Would you mind sharing the name of the form? I'd like to go into go into your account and see what could be wrong or at least clone the form to investigate the issue on my end.
It worked when I previewed it but didn't work when I tried the same one embedded on my site. Also, on the previewed one that did work, the screeen came up that said the owner has disabled the form. Is there anyway to customize this redirect?

The 'Limit Submissions' feature is confirmed to be working at this time. As my colleague Abajan previously stated, can we request from you to share to us which among your form you had this not working issue? If it is embedded on a website, please tell us also the website URL so we can check.
Please update us.
