Build a custom style JotForm.

and i wanted to be systematized by jotform, how to go about it? 

can i use one of the developers to do it for me?

The URL which you have shared seems to be a theme. Do you want your JotForm to look something similar? What form field you want in your form?

Basically i liked the typeform.com style, but not the system, i like jotform backend more. 

Finally i did it my self, it looks awesome :D

because i like the user experience of typeform and the features, but the backend and their support system is not that good really!
