Contact form gets scroll bar in Firefox

Asked by norvidas on September 16, 2014 at 03:21 AM

Yesterday I tried to implement JotForm contact page in my Facebook page using static html and iframe, but noticed, that Firefox adds scroll bar even when there is enough space for the form to extend after receiving "required field" messages. I have the options of "height:950px !important" and "scrolling="no !important"". What should I try doing?

    Kind regards,

    Hello Norvidas,

Have you followed the steps mentioned in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-

It seems the iFrame embed code you have added has wrong scrolling attribute. Please check the screenshot below:

Please copy the iFrame embed code from the following URL and use it to embed your form in facebook page:  http://pastebin.com/CUVFNvwe

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
