Form skips pages and doesn't pass paypal and 2nd page.

    Hi there,

We have your form divided in 3 steps: 1, 2, 3, and then, after the third, there's a link to the PayPal site. We're facing some issues when clicking the Next button from step 1 to 2 and from step 3 to PayPal link. The issue is that the pages 1 and 3 start loading and keep on loading when you click on Next, and don't pass on to the page 2 and PayPal, respectively.

Most of the times the form works perfectly fine, but we've received mails from customers saying they can't order our product, so we go and check the form: and they are right, only sometimes it doesn't work.

We don't know if this is a Squarespace problem or a Jotform code problem. We've tried the form right in the moment when it doesn't work from Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer, and both from Mac, PC and Android, and the problem exists in all of them.

To see the forms you could click in any of the two products in the link below.

    Thanks a lot,

    Javier

I'm unable to encouter the issue at my end. I was able to pass pages 1, 2 and 3 then got redirected to paypal after submitting the page.

I was thinking that there might be some conflict with the code in your website and the embed code from Jotform. Can you please try replacing the embed code to Iframe and observe if you are still going to encounter same problem?
