    I'm receiving 2 email notifications from the following form:


    I checked the forum for an answer.  I don't show multiple notifications under the email button, so I'm stumped!  Can you please reply with the solution?

    If I understand your issue correctly, you are getting two notifications for each submission made on the form: http://form.jotform.com/mschuman/2342515616

    If that's the case, then that seems quite odd. Are these notifications sent to the e-mail address saegan@fbcg.com? Do these notification e-mails have the same subject line? Please answer these questions so I can conclude what exactly the problem is and come up with a fix or workaround.
