i have a problem with setting conditions

there is field 1 to field 9, and A to M dropdown menu.

my question is how to set conditions IF i select dropdown menu:

    - A and will SHOW field 1,2,3

    - B and will SHOW field 2,4,6

    - C and will SHOW field 6,8,9

    - D and will SHOW field 4,7,9

    - E and will SHOW field 5,6,8

    - F and will SHOW field 1,4,7

    - G and will SHOW field 6,8,9

    - H and will SHOW field 4,7,8

    - I and will SHOW field 2,6,9

    - J and will SHOW field 5,6,8

    - K and will SHOW field 1,4,7

    - L and will SHOW field 2,4,6

    - M and will SHOW field 5,6,7

i've been setting up the conditions, but it doesn't shows up the fields that i want.

could you please check what's wrong with my conditions in that form?

i've been through the whole day try to fixed it up, and got no solution .

    thanks before ;)

    Hi,

Conflicting conditions, that's the main reason why they don't work properly.

Comparing these two conditions, they are already conflicting.

    - A and will SHOW field 1,2,3

    - B and will SHOW field 2,4,6

Both field 2 is used on these two conditions A & B which isn't possible because both conflicts each other. In this situation, field 2 will only work in the first condition since condition on the top has priority. In other words, field 2 will never work on the second condition even if it's true or not.

    Here's a short example: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42583768021962?

    If A, Show 1,2,3

    If B, Show 3,4,5

When you select B, only 4 & 5 will be shown since 3 is already used on the first condition.

    ----

Now to overcome this, it's either you will not repeat the fields on every conditions or duplicate the fields you want to repeat and use the duplicated field.

    Example:

You can also use Form Collapse under Survey Tools if you want to group the fields. This would help make everything easier since you only have to use select the collapse instead of the fields to show them.

    Hope this helps. Thank you!
