Form is not displaying any submission record.

The "2014 Term Student 2 Form for Vermonters" is not showing any data. I don't know what happened to it. Can you help?

I did check your JotForm "2014 TERM STUDENT 2 FORM FOR VERMONTERS" and it seems you have deleted all your form field. Please check the screenshot below:

Have you deleted your form fields? Since you have embedded your JotForm using its source code, the form fields are still visible in your web page but actually there is no form fields in your form.

Thank you for your response. Actually the only thing I did was try to set a form limit for tomorrow. When I went to enable it, the entire form disappeared. I thought it was a temporary glitch, but clearly it's not. So, I'll try to use revision history to reinstate the form, even though it's only for one day.
