My payment tool disappeared from my form, all the items that I set up have disappeared.

    Is there a way I can get the information back without reentering all the information?  Is there a way to retrieve the form from a few hours ago.  I did not do anything to the form not sure why it is gone.

    We have our Form Revision History feature: http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History . You can use this function to revert your form to its past format. Kindly check and update us here for the results.

    Thank you so much.  It worked.  I am not sure what happened but at least I was able to revert back.
