My JotForm receives email at one address but not the other

    I am using your customer survey form in order to get feedback about my services but when someone fills out the survey form and submits it I get only one answer in response. Which is "would you use my services again". Can you help me here.

    I understand that you aren't receiving your email notifications?

    After looking at your form I found your first notification is blank and your second notifier 2 is set to send to your yahoo email address on your account.

    Are you receiving these at your yahoo address but not at the other address then perhaps?

    To fix this I would advise updating the email recipient in your first email notification. Make sure you click finish then save your form to ensure these changes take effect.


    If you continue to have problems then please confirm with us what email addresses this should be going to? And which one it is not being received at?

    Additionally, I've also realized after fixing your question that you've actually asked two separate issues here. One about not receiving it at an email address for your original thread topic and the other about only one answer in your thread details.

    For your email with only one answer I would suggest marking your fields as required to fix that problem.

    And also I do apologize about my previous confusion.
