1. I cannot find any form associated with your email, that's why you might not be receiving any email.
2 if you have created a form using another email address, please let us know what is this.
Also, I want you to be aware that we just had a temporary problem with our default email sending method so we switched to a backup method, the problem should be soon resolved.
