I receive email notifications of a new submission, but the submissions don't appear in the form report

    When somebody completes my JotForm form, I receive an email notifying me that there has been a new submission.  I have been receiving many of these emails, indicating that many people have submitted the form.  However, when I go to the JotForm control panel, there are no submissions listed in the report for that particular form.  Why are the submissions not being saved?
