We have now implemented a solution to set a Sender Address as you wish, in order to set the email field of your jotform as the Notification Sender, please follow this guide: Set Email Field as the Notification Sender Email Address with Mandrill.
Please try it, and let us know if you need further help, we will be glad to assist you.

i dont want to use an actual email address just want whatever address is in the field as it needs to be dynamic and based on user and not all of them will come in from the same user

It seems you were referring to the Reply-To-Email instead.
You can just use the Email field in the reply to box.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

no here i will try to show what i mean if you look at this picture that's attached. the form was setup to use the info in the sales agent field as the sender name, and if you look at entries submitted earlier yesterday vs ones later in the day (top 3 emails) it switched from using the info in that input field to just "jotform" that is not a reply to email or mandrill issue as it was working up until yesterday afternoon just fine.
is an example of how the emails were coming in.

Yes, I understand what you mean. I have noticed the same thing with another account and will notify our developer this issue with your account as well.
Please note that yesterday we had some issues with out main email system so we have switched to our backup system instead, which is probably the reason why this has happened nevertheless our developers will take a look to see if there are no other issues involved with this.
They will update you on the matter once they have more details.

- ICA_FormsAnswered on September 17, 2014 at 10:04 AM
This is occurring to us as well and has broke our workflow.
- BenAnswered on September 17, 2014 at 10:05 AM
