Change my Payment method from PayPal to credit card

    Hi, dear jotform Team! Hope, your are fine. Today, I have a question to you and I hope you can answer it quickly and easily. As you can see, I am using in the bronze state a billing mode with PayPal. How I can simply change this PayPal modes to a credit card mode without losing any forms. Currently I already paid 190 USD for this year year via PayPal and I want that the next bill should be paid via my new credit card. But when I try to switch the current PayPal mode to credit card mode, I will always redirected to PayPal account. Therefore my question on how to do this. Many kinds regards from here to you. :-)

    Hi nu_sn,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to change your payment details from PayPal to credit card, you may refer to the steps below:

    1. Downgrade your account to the Free plan.
    2. After that, you may cancel your PayPal subscription.

    Once your account has been downgraded to the Free plan, you may go ahead and upgrade using your credit card.

    As you currently inform your customers on your home page:

    "Legacy Plan User Information: As Jotform has grown and evolved over time, our pricing and subscription plans have changed. However, as an Bronze legacy plan user, you are currently locked in at $190/year plus tax - so as long as you don’t change your subscription, you’ll enjoy that price for the rest of your life."

    How I can change simply - as a current Bronze user - my PayPal-Mode to a normal credit card mode. I dont have to pay more because I am a Bronze legacy plan user and I want to enjoy that price for the rest of my life!!!"

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the change cannot be done as you requested. The solution provided by my colleague is the first steps to take. Once done, you can contact us again and we will help you upgrade to your Bronze package of $190.

    Thanks for your quick answer!

    We have to change our plan a little bit: There is no credit card data available on our side, but a second PayPal account which should be used for the future. The current PayPal account will be obsolete soon. So, it would be great, if you could support us in this task in order to come back to our current 190 USD bronze mode.
