Our forms (retail agreement and wholesale agreement) used to arrive with the sender's email address supplied in the email header. For some reason the forms no longer arrive that way. Instead, the JotForm email address is appearing in the header. We have not updated our form settings. Please advise.

We are truly sorry about that. We have a problem with our default email sending method so we switched to a backup method. This is a temporary problem and it will be soon resolved.
I have also forwarded your report to our technical team so you will get updates once this is fixed.
Meantime, you may want to use Mandrill or your own SMTP server to send emails as an alternative.
