Can I pre-populate the Date Form

I would like to set up my date form so its already populated with a date. I don't want to use the current date but rather a specific date. Is this possible?

The only workaround I could think of that is working so far is populating the date field through URL parameter.

Example:

http://www.jotform.us/42578183557163?summerStart[month]=09&summerStart[day]=23&summerStart[year]=2014
