Selection from radio button field not showing in form notification email

    Something very weird happening when i integrate jotform to my template i just need to take the name id of that form and put it into my customized form, i'm doing that, but for some objects its working fine and some are not.

    See the screenshot please, my question, is why the radio button not passing by just assigning to them the name id?

    because they appearing empty in my submission email

    Ok so i've managed to fix the first parts but not the last two! which is still i don't know why?

    Also another question, can i ask for more than 100,000 submissions a month? cuz that your max as i can notice.

    and also i wanted to know why the unique ID is not getting generated?!

    Hi,

    We actually do not recommend doing any changes to the field ID, Class and Names. Doing so would cause to a problem like this. If you want to customize it, you can target the specific ID or Class with your own styles. Of course, you can also use/add another script to it for extra functions. But again, we do not advise removing any of the ID, Class and Names as well as the Javascript codes. 

    I have re-created your form notification email. Can you please try again? If still, the data are missing, then you would need to re-embed the form bringing it to its default state.

    I think you understood me wrong, i really wanted to know why the submission (chosen answer is not appearing in my email notification) i've added the name, regarding ID and Class i don't think they're important.  because i've made this form working perfectly (don't know how) without taking the jotform ID and Class of that object http://molham.ae/register-freelancer/graphic-design.html

    That's actually how I understand it. Well, you've mentioned it works before and you're doing changes to the form source codes and it had stop working after. 

    Try to submit to the form direct URL: http://www.jotform.me/form/42591846548467. If you receive the selected option, then I'm sure, you have remove the required property in the form source codes. 

    I have recreated your form notification, did you try it again? What's the result? Still nothing?

    yes still nothing, i just wanted to know what are the required property.

    I wonder why you ask me this question while you can access everything in my account :)

    Now all my forms are disables and i can't test anything :(

    I'm checking on the issue. I see there is no notification when the form is submitted. Please allow me some time to work on this and get back to you with relevant information.

    Thank you for being patient. Could you please verify if the emails are being landed in Spam/Junk folders? Also, I request you to go through our guide on setting up email alerts to prevent bouncing issues and follow the steps.

    You can also use your own SMTP for sending emails by following the guide http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form or you may setup Mandrill by following http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address.

    Hi Kiran, that wasn't my issue at all :) 

    you are very far away from my problem, anyways i've figured it out! 

    Basically i'm coding the features of typeform.com to jotform.com 

    because i like the user experience of typeform and the features, but the backend and their support system is not that good really!
