    Hi, 

     

    I am paying via paypal.  The instructions you sent do not seem to apply (pretty sure you have had an update to your site and the options don't apply). 

    I originally paid via plimus - now it's through paypal, in any case I cannot retrieve my password.  I have cancelled the paypal payment and cancelled the subscription (to the free version).  Can I upgrade again with new payment details?

    As we are a company can we pay by bacs or direct debit (paying for 1 year)?

    Hello Kashir,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to make subscription payment through direct debit. But you can make your payment by cheque, wire transfer, purchase order apart from other options. 

    Please be noted that it requires manual process and hence we require minimum amount of billing to be $100. Please click on the following URL to upgrade your account to premium bi-yearly subscription:  https://www.plimus.com/jsp/buynow.jsp?contractId=1851946  

    You need to select the desired "Method of Payment" in the options. Please check the screenshot below:
