I am paying via paypal. The instructions you sent do not seem to apply (pretty sure you have had an update to your site and the options don't apply).
I originally paid via plimus - now it's through paypal, in any case I cannot retrieve my password. I have cancelled the paypal payment and cancelled the subscription (to the free version). Can I upgrade again with new payment details?

As we are a company can we pay by bacs or direct debit (paying for 1 year)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make subscription payment through direct debit. But you can make your payment by cheque, wire transfer, purchase order apart from other options.
