    Authorize.net

    There was an SSL transaction made and I do not see it in my Authorize.net account

    There has been no response email to the purchaser either.

    This processing seems to take a long time or is not happening at all.

    I need answers in order to updrade or look for another form / gateway

    This is taking too long to get answers.

    I am sorry for pushing but this is business and I can't wait to get an answer when money is involved.

    This either works or it does not.

    I need to know either way so I can move forward and not be delayed any longer.

     

    Also:

    Your search for - "interlogy llc" in "New York City, NY" - did not match any Business Names.

    Suggestions:

    Make sure all words are spelled correctly. Try different name variations. Request BBB develop a business review.

    OK, I am not getting any answers so I need to look elsewhere.

    So far I am lined with another form builder. They have address and phone so I guess I need to move because I can't worry about what is going on with my form and jotform and if payments are not being actually sent to auth.net. A test gores trough, integration goes through, but a live transaction does not?

    I'll give this 30 mins more to get answers then I need to take actions and inquiries with proper aithorities.

We'd like to get a few more details in order to help us pinpoint where the problem is. I assume that you made the actual submissions, did you receive any form of notification from Authorize.net? If so, can you provide the order reference # or receipt # that we can use to validate if the payment was successful?
