Since yesterday, all my forms when they are sent by email instead of displaying the name of the customer in the "FROM", it is written that it is sent from Jotform.
It has been working since the beginning and sometimes it would write randomly (Jotform), but since yesterday, all of them (around 100) has been written Jotform.

Our apologies! We have a problem with our default email sending method so we switched to a backup method. This is a temporary problem and it will be soon resolved.
I have also forwarded your report to our technical team so you will get updates once this is fixed. While waiting, you may want to use the following alternatives for sending mails using your SMTP or using Mandrill servers:
