I'm printing a completed form and when I press the "print icon" to the right of the form, it's coming up as "print preview unavailable"

Occasionally this happens to me also when using Chrome. Usually cancelling the current print and starting a new one solves this. I have also found that the print function seems to work best in FireFox. For some reason when using Chrome or IE the print function does not like to play nice.
