    Hey sandy,

    I am sorry to say that it is not possible for you to have the form send you attachments but you can use third party sources such as Dropbox, Google Drive to store attachments for each user.. This thread will walk you through that process: http://www.jotform.com/help/29-Upload-Field-Allowed-File-Types

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    The file upload field referenced in the above post, will indeed allow your users to attach files to their submissions.  These will be included with your submission and can be viewed/downloaded along with the submission.

    You may also send a copy to several different destinations as stated previously, however this is not required in order to receive the attachments.

    @sandyspringmuseum,

    Just to update you with regards to the file uploads. You can now get the uploaded files in the form as an email attachment. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback.
