My form is not showing up on a WordPress page

To whom it may concern:

I've attempted to embed my jotform into my wordpress website several times and it doesn't show up.  The header of it flashes for a sceond while loading unto the page, but then it is never seen at all.

It looks like that the jotform Embed code is conflicting with some other scripts on your web page. You can try to use an iFrame version of the jotform instead:

The iFrames do not conflict with other scripts, so it should help.
