Up until a couple of days ago, our forms would come through and show them being from a person. All of a sudden they are now saying that the sender is JotForm. In each form the Sender name in the Email alert is set to be the person filling out the form.
Our forms need to be back to the person they have come from rather than JotForms. This is important for filing purposes.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
Our apologies! This is related to our problem with our default email sending method so we switched to a backup method. This is a temporary problem and our developers are working hard on fixing it. I have also forwarded this thread to them so you will get updates once this is fixed.
For now, while waiting, you may want to use the following alternatives for sending mails using your SMTP or using Mandrill servers:

SMTP: http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
