I thought I would be able to use the condition option however I'm at a loss.
I want to duplicate what's done with this drop down behavior. http://www.fwd.us/newspapers
A city is selected - then the resulting business name appears as well as their URL or email address.
After watching a number of videos and going through the forums here, I'm still lost. Augh

omg you rock!!! Last question however. While I'm duplicating these boxes to set up my form, just "what" type of boxes are they (for future reference)? Not text boxes. The 2nd one looks like a text-tool (maybe?) but what's the first one?
oops! Nevermind - it's a page break. Thank you once again.

Hey Jonathan, I finished my form finally, continually hitting "save" along the way over and over and over again as I added 36 cities and links.
It's been a week and today I went back, grabbed the code and none of the changes saved!
What could have gone wrong? This will take me hours to recreate again. Augh

I guess my question is can your Engineers determine where the data went and recover it or am I stuck having to re-create it all over again?

Hi,
Sorry for the delays.
I checked your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/42595926165162
and I can see that it currently have up to 9 conditions/options added so far.
Was there supposed to be more than 9 conditions/options added already? Are you saying that some of the updated and saved options were gone?
There is a way to revert the jotform to previous version or saved point. That is by using the Form Revision History feature.
Check this user guide http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History
Perhaps you can go and revert to the saved point where the conditions/options was already more than what the form currently have.
Hope this help. Please tell us if there are still issue.
Thanks.

Yeah, it shows 100 edits, but none of them saved. http://www.jotform.com/myforms/ When I go to the drop down on the right side to view form, and I click on one of the lower states, nothing appears....as though I did not add the other 25 cities.

How about if you revert to the 2nd to latest version (last 4:32 AM version)
I could see in the latest/current version that Conditions/Options were also deleted during the time. This is the reason we can only see now a very minimal options left.
If you revert instead to the 2nd to last version, you should be able to recover most/all the conditions/options that were deleted on the current version.
Please inform us if there are still issue.
Thanks.
