I am not getting my emails that a application has been completed. I received an email from JotForm at 5:36pm on Tue, Sep 16 and usually I get it from the email of the applicatant, but this one was from JotForm. I did find the emails sent to spam and they are all from JotForm.

We are currently having some issues with our email system which is being resolved and at this time we have switched to our backup system. This is probably the reason why you are getting the 'jotform' instead of the username.
Regarding emails ending up in the spam folder, please check this Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses following it will help you to whitelist our emails and IP addresses so that you get the emails sent to you in your inbox.
I will be notifying our developers of this issue and we will update you as we learn more and finally resolve it.
