    Hi,

    Please try adding this custom injected CSS code into your form

    .form-all

    {

    float:left !important;

    }

    Follow this user guide http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Inform us if this does not work out.

    Thanks.

    Unfortunately, it does not work. It does move the indent some, but it is still not flush left.  However, IT ALSO truncates the form after the second field.  See image below.

    Hi,

    Please add the CSS code as suggested previously. Follow this user guide http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    .form-all

    {

    float:left !important;

    }

    I actually could not see that you have added the CSS code to your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/32755428808968

    I used the browser console to test and it should work

    My demo jotform http://www.jotform.me/form/42596275028461 does shift to left when using the CSS code

    Inform us if still not working.

    Thanks.

    Ahhhh, you did not see the code there because I removed it since it was breaking the form. I need the form to work.   See the image I uploaded.  When I insert the code into the css it breaks the form.

    Thank you for clarifying that. I was able to see the problem now.

    but I think it just have to do with script conflict on the embedded code.

    Please re-embed jotform to your website using its Iframe embed code

    Follow this user guide to get the iframe code

     http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Make sure the custom CSS code is also in the form.

    Update us if still not fixed.

    Thanks!
