Reply-to email no longer working

    I've been using the same form for several weeks, and it was successfully sending notifier emails with the reply-to email as the form submitter's email. I recently updated the form, but now this function is no longer working. The settings are correct (see series of screenshots attached). I've already tried deleting the original email alert and setting up a new one, but no luck.

    Any advice would be appreciated - thanks!

    Hi,

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. We have a problem with our default email sending method so we switched to a backup method.

    This is only a temporary problem, and being work on already by our higher team support to restore the original service.

    I have also submitted your report to our next level support so that you can be informed as soon as the issue is fixed.

    For the meantime, you may want to use Mandrill or your own SMTP server to send emails as an alternative.
