    Error in Sent Form email

    Hi,

     

    We have a Jotform form listed on our website: 

    http://support.farmigo.com/make-new-season-visible-request.html

     

    When the form is completed, it is set up to be sent to support@farmigo.com.

     

    However, we have begun receiving emails to support@farmigo.com with the Make Season Visible title, but the content of the email shows us a different form (the New Season Setup Request form) that is not filled out.


    Do you know why this is happening?

    Hi,

    If I understand this correctly, your user are filling out one of your forms, but you are receiving the notification for a different form?  I checked the notifications for both they appear to be setup correctly.  The embedded form also appears to be setup correctly so I am not sure why this could be happening.  Can you confirm that you are receiving submissions from one form but the body of the email notification is that of another form?

    Hi David,
    Yes, I am receiving submissions from one form but the body of the email notification is that of another form.
    I can see the form correctly submitted by logging into Jotform. However, the email being sent displays a different form (that is not filled out) in the body of the email.

    Hi,

    I checked your notifications and it appears as though the body of one was copied to the body of the other.

    Both notifications have the same information and data entered which is why they look the same.  With the exception of the title of course.  They are showing up the same because they are, in fact, the same.
