How to change the upload file size limit?

is there any way i can "up" the file size from 1024KB to 20MB?

Yes it is possible to change the upload file size. You need to basically change the "Max File Size" property of your file upload question. Please check the screenshot below:

Yes it is possible to change the upload file size. You need to basically change the "Max File Size" property of your file upload question. Please check the screenshot below:

There is no issue to receive attachments for 100MB as per your requirement and 1GB is the maximum limit for file upload. However, I see that you are having a free subscription which is limited to store a total of 100MB only. Please be noted that the forms shall be disabled once you reach this limit.

 

You may take the advantage of more storage space by subscribing to paid plan that gives you more storage space and other benefits. Please check our paid plans from our pricing page. You may cancel/upgrade/downgrade the plans anytime.
